Initial consult: This is a one off stand alone session. The initial consult provides an opportunity for you, the client, to share some background information and discuss your needs with the therapist. You will also have the opportunity to experience processwork therapy.
This is also a chance for you, the client, to see if this is the right 'fit' for you and whether you would like to attend addituional sessions.
Only one initial consult is available for clients. Susbsequent sessions can be booked using the alternative options.
Initial consults can take place:
On-site in Melbourne Australia (location details provided on booking confirmation)
Online via Google Meet or Zoom (link provided on booking confirmation)
Note all times will be AEST so please check your time zone if not in this area.
Cost: $100.00 Aus
Please note, at this time we do not provide Medicare or other insurance subsidies.
Ongoing consult: One off or regular ongoing consults can be arranged after an initial consult has been completed. This option provides flexibility to book on an 'as needed' basis or book a regular consult at am agreed time.
You can also book a regular ongoing session with the therapist to secure a regular time slot. Discuss this option further with the therapist at your consult.
Subject to availability you can book. more than one consult in a week or you can leave a longer gap between consults.

All bookings are subject to availability. If you require ongoing regular bookings the consult bundle may be a preferable option.

Consult Bundle: This option is of value if you want to commit to regular therapy sessions.
For this option book 4 sessions at a reduced rate and pay for all 4 at the time of booking to meet the conditions of the Consult Bundle. You can purchase more bundles.

You can vary online with onsite consults as required at time of initial booking.

*There is no refund, for this option but cancellation within 24 hours prior will meet conditions for rescheduling the missed consult. We will endeavour to reschedule cancelled consults as soon as is possible based on therapist availability.

Throughout the year PW Psychotherapy facilitate a range of group events incorporating aspects of inner work using process oriented techniques . Details will be posted here and registration for events will be organised via Eventbrite.
Event 1: Befriend your inner critic

Do you have an inner voice that us very critical?
Many of us find that there is an inner voice that likes to criticise and challenges. An inner critic can be particularly harsh, setting unreasonable expectations and standards.
A harsh inner critic can make our lives miserable, making us feel inadequate, worthless and that we do not fit in with others.
Join me for an opportunity to work on your inner critic; to find the ally within.
What to expect:
We will use some breathwork and mindfulness techniques to settle into the session before undertaking some inner work to explore your own inner critic and find the essence within that can become your ally. There will be an opportunity to share insights and learning for those who wish to. We will end the session with some closing breathwork ready to move back out into the world with our new ally within.
Places are limited.
Attendees will be eligible to receive a one-hour free process work session by arrangement.

Cancellation and refund policy
Fees are payable 48 hours prior to the time of the appointment via bank transfer, unless alternative arrangement is made by agreement.
Cancellation must be made via email to info@pwtherapies.org no later than 3pm of the day prior to the appointment for an option to reschedule with no loss of payment. Failure to do so will incur a 50% charge.
Consult bundles: *There is no refund, for the bundle once purchased. Cancellation for individual consults within the bundle must be made via email to info@pwtherapies.org no later than 3pm of the day prior to the appointment for an option to reschedule without the consult being deducted from the remaining available within the purchased bundle.
We will endeavour to reschedule cancelled consults as soon as is possible based on therapist availability.
